TameerDesk provides software tools for construction businesses, including site tracking, cash and purchase records, and payment workflow support. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

If paid plans are introduced or used, applicable pricing, billing terms, and taxes will be communicated at purchase or renewal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the service and users.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
